How it works…
Senior customers who want to participate in the program need to send verification of their age (65 or older) to X-Ray Lady.  Verification can be sent via mail, fax, or email.  Once the documentation has been received and verified, the customer will be eligible to order a course(s) of their choice and take 10% off their total order once a year.  Orders must be placed over the phone in order to use the discount. 

What to send for age verification

• Driver’s License
• Medicare Card
• Birth Certificate

Rules & Restrictions

• A senior customer may not order a course for use by a non-senior technologist.
• The senior discount may only be used once a year.
• AARP membership is NOT an adequate form of age verification since you may join AARP at age 50.
• Orders must be placed via phone in order to receive discount.  Refunds or credits are not issued for orders placed online as the senior discount cannot be applied to orders placed via our website.

Licensed by the State of Florida?

We have  a clearance sale just for FL state license holders.  All courses are FL approved and the (if you also hold an ARRT® license) ARRT® accepts the FL approval for CE credit.

**DISCLAIMER:  All clearance courses must be completed before the course expiration date to receive credit.  We do not issue refunds or credits for clearance merchandise.  If you purchase a clearance course it is your responsibility to make sure your test is submitted and received in our office before the course expiration date.  We DO NOT backdate certificates for submissions received after the course expiration date.  We are not responsible for faxed/emailed/mailed answer sheets that are not received properly in our office.  Credits and refunds will not be issued for failure to confirm receipt of your test submission before the course expiration date.  We strongly recommend that if you allow yourself ample amount of time to submit your materials before the expiration date and to seek out confirmation that your paperwork was received if submitting any other way than using our online testing center or online generic answer sheet.
