Q. How will I receive my e-Book course reference, posttest, and answer sheet?
A. After the order has been verified and processed by staff you will receive via email a weblink that you must access to download the e-Book course reference. Please refer to a later FAQ regarding timeline for downloading the e-Book course reference. You will receive the course posttest questions via email. Your answer sheet is available 24/7 on the home page of our website.

Q. What file format is used to deliver the e-Book content?
A. The files are PDFs. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print all of our e-Books. If the e-Book does not open up after you have purchased them, then you will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.

Q. Do I need to have a broadband connection (DSL, Cable) to utilize e-Book?
A. Since the full e-Book files can be large, we do recommend that you utilize a broadband connection for accessing e-Book.

Q. How do I access my e-Book after purchase?
A. We will review the order and if everything is correct, we will process the credit card payment. Then via email message the customer receives the weblink to their e-Book. The client will have 24 hours to download their e-Book once they have clicked on the link.

Q. What happens if I do not download and save or print my e-book within the allowed 24 hours?
A. Contact our office. We can re-send the link for orders that are within 5 days of original purchase.
