We will gladly refund
the cost of any course if the entire course (book,
reference, answer sheet, posttest, etc.) is returned
within 30 days from the date the course was mailed
out.
For all refunds we will deduct a $10 re-stocking
fee in addition to the cost of the initial shipping
and handling.
Many of the requests for returns or exchanges result
when a customer realizes that they have already taken
the course that they have ordered. Before ordering
a course that you suspect you may have completed with
our company or another CE provider, first talk with
our staff to avoid unnecessary purchases.
If payment was made with a company or personal
check, a refund check, minus the fees listed above
will be sent as soon as we have verified that the
payment check has cleared our bank with sufficient
funds. It may take up to 30 or more days to obtain
the verification.
If payment was made with a MasterCard or Visa charge
card, we will apply your refund to your credit
card, minus the $10 restocking fee and the shipping
and handling charge. We will send you a receipt showing
the credit card refund.
NO REFUNDS will be made until our office receives
the course (book, reference, answer sheet, posttest,
etc.).
NO REFUNDS will be given if the course materials have
any markings, are dirty, or show any signs of use.
When returning your course materials, please be sure
to get a shipment or mail tracking order in case our
office does not receive your shipment.
