Radiography A Review of the Basis is intended
to provide the radiographer with an up to date
review of the basis and to review the fundamental
imaging concepts. To meet these goals, the 3rd
edition of the textbook, upon which the course
is based, includes new areas of interest to all
radiographers. These new chapters include basic
positioning and patients with special needs, digital
radiography and picture archiving and communication
systems (PACs), radiographic pathology, and an
introduction to imaging specialties. The radiation
biology and radiation protection chapters have
been revised and updated to reflect current recommendations
and practices.
This course contains a textbook Limited Radiography,
3rd Edition by Frances E. Campeau and Jeana Fleitz
and a posttest with 120 multiple-choice questions.
This course applies to all radiographers.
